Blake is an incredibly skilled and knowledgeable fitness and nutrition coach. I started working with him about 2 months ago and he has taught me so much in such a short time frame! He helped me with my bikini competition prep when I was only 2 weeks away from my competition, and I have never felt and looked so good for a show. Blake has been a tremendous help in figuring out nutrition. I am a ultra runner which my nutrition is a little different than others. I have never worried about nutrition in the past, I just run alot and ate whatever I wanted. I don't always hit my nutrition goals but Blake has been understanding but helps me steer my ship back in course and reminds me why I want this. The goal is to mold me into the best runner I can be.
